Turnaround Time

Each Grizzly Block is handcrafted with care and precision, which means we don't rush the process. Most orders will ship within 6-8 weeks, though this is only an estimate and not a guarantee.

For personalized orders, turnaround time is based on the complexity of the design and the readiness of artwork provided. If a ready-to-use file is not supplied, additional time may be required to recreate artwork, refine existing files, or develop a brand-new design from scratch. These design and preparation steps can extend the estimated lead time.

If issues arise during the build process - such as wood acclimating poorly, cracking, movement, or other structural or aesthetic defects - we will rebuild your block to ensure it meets our standards. While this commitment to quality may further extend the timeline, it ensures you receive a piece built to last and worthy of the Grizzly Blocks name.

 

Shipping Policy

We ship both domestically and internationally, ensuring that your Grizzly Block reaches you wherever you are. While we primarily use UPS or USPS for shipping, we are happy to accommodate special carrier requests at the customer's expense.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. You can also access your tracking number at any time after your order ships by logging into your Grizzly Blocks customer account.

Transit times vary depending on the carrier and destination. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that transit times are ultimately determined by the carrier. Grizzly Blocks is not responsible for any lost packages or damages that occur during shipping. If an issue arises, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.

 

Returns Policy

Because each Grizzly Block is made custom-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will do everything in our power to ensure you are happy with your investment.
